Ingredients
1 cup milk
½ cup greek yogurt
1 large banana, sliced and frozen
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Ice (optional)
Optional mix-ins: 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, or cocoa powder to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
