Simple Sweet Lassi
Makes: 1 Servings Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat
- ¼ cup milk
- 2-3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
- 2-3 cubes of ice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pistachio or almonds (optional)
Directions:
1. Add yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
