Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container of chive and onion cream cheese
- 2 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground red pepper
- 1 bell pepper
- Whole grain crackers
Instructions
- Mix cheese, cream cheeses, and spices in a bowl until blended. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until mixture is firm enough to be shaped.
- Shape mixture into a ball to resemble a pumpkin.
- Cut top of bell pepper and press into top of pumpkin cheeseball to resemble a stem
- Serve with whole grain crackers.
