Pinwheel Lollipops
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
- ½ oz. package ranch dip mix
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 9 oz. lunch meat of choice
- 8 oz. thinly sliced cheese of choice
- Lollipop sticks
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.
- Spread the mixture on the tortilla, almost all the way to the edges.
- Lay 4 slices of lunch meat and 4 slices of cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortilla around the meat and cheese as tightly as possible.
- Cut rolled tortillas into 1½ inch pinwheel slices and insert an end of a lollipop stick into the edge of the tortilla pinwheel.
