Veggie Pizza Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch seasoning mix
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup fresh broccoli, chopped
- ½ cup fresh cauliflower, chopped
- ¼ cup carrot, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix the first five ingredients with hand mixer. Stir in the remaining vegetables and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with whole wheat bread slices, crackers, fresh veggie slices or pita chips.
