Lemon Berry Tarts
Ingredients
- 3 boxes mini phyllo shells (15 shells/box)
- 1 jar lemon curd (12 oz.)
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1¼ cups plain Greek yogurt, low fat
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 pint blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
Directions
Mix together lemon curd, cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt and lemon zest. Spoon mixture into phyllo shells. Top with berries.
